„Herz über Kopf“ podcast“

Tips to help you get into the flow

With „Herz über Kopf“, I want to create a space that gives you practical inspiration to listen to your heart and trust it more and more.

To this end, I talk to some wonderful people about moments in their lives when their hearts spoke louder than their heads. About the decisions that resulted from this, and how it has shaped their lives and their outlook on life.

I hope you enjoy exploring it.

Episode 2 | Sabine Walter in conversation with Helen Scheithauer

„What can I let go of to bridge the gap between myself and my heart?“ I discussed this and other fascinating questions in conversation with Helen Scheithauer, an organisational consultant and coach.

For the path of personal development is always a journey to oneself, a journey to one’s own heart. We high-achievers, in particular, are prone to believing that we have to do a great deal in order to find ourselves. The opposite is true. Taking a step back, finding calm and focusing clearly on your gut feeling – or your heart’s intuition, as we also call it – is the key to bringing balance to your own life.

Episode 1 | Sabine Walter in conversation with Ben Göller

„What do I really want?“ and „Who am I doing this for?“ – for Ben Göller, these are two key questions that help him time and again in his everyday life to follow his heart.

As a first step, he recommends that you listen. Listen to your heart and learn to interpret its language. Your body will help you with this too. It signals to you through symptoms when something in your life is out of balance. After all, your body is there FOR you. Illness or niggles are its way of drawing your attention to things that are not in harmony with your heart.
