12-session coaching package (12 x 60 minutes)

When you purchase the 12-session package, you’ll book your first coaching session straight away. This 60-minute session takes place online via Zoom. Please allow 15–20 minutes before and after the coaching session to get into the right frame of mind and to let what we’ve worked on sink in before you return to your daily routine.
