Interim management
The interim management services I offer differ from those currently available on the market.
The aim of my interim management service is to ensure you are fully equipped for your role within 3–6 months. Together, we will align the essence of your business with your own essence, thereby ensuring that what you create alongside your team reflects who you are and your core values.
During the time we spend together, we will raise your awareness of yourself, your team and the situations you experience to such an extent that you will gain a significant sense of confidence in your decisions and, following our work together, be able to move forward from this place of confidence and with an awareness of everything that is.
If you’d like, I’ll continue to support you and your team as a coach and consultant following this intensive period of working together.

Interim management: Here’s how you can picture working together
I will step into your role for a set period and support you with your day-to-day tasks. In addition, we will reflect on and discuss key strategic and personal issues, either as part of day-to-day operations or in a private one-to-one setting.
We conduct meetings with staff, customers and suppliers together.
We develop product or service offerings in collaboration with your team, or provide you with key input on these.
Together, we make decisions with the aim of putting an end to everything that no longer serves you and your business, thereby creating space for what is right for you and your entrepreneurial endeavours.
